to have the best ‘me’ TIME
Mungkin
beberapa dari kamu lelah dengan daily routine. Others may be getting stressed
out in school job or in your office.
Sometimes you even forget to take care of yourself. It’s so frustrating! To
deal with this problem, it’s best to let yourself have a little “me” time. Here
are some tips for to have a high quality “me” time:
1.
Wake up earlier

lot of homework, make you go to bed late on weekdays, di akhir pekan kamu bisa
bangun di pagi hari, when everyone else still sleeping, you can make yourself a
cup of jasmine tea or hot chocolate and enjoy it, nonton film kesukaan, or
shoping. Hehehe

Make a date with
your own self
If
you can make an appointment with other people, bikin janji sama orang lain,
kamu juga bisa membuat appointment with yourself, such as catching a movie,
gramedia, or maybe just enjoying some fresh air in park.
3.
Do your hobby at
home
Lakukan
hobby mu di rumah, ketika orang tua kamu tidak diperbolehkan untuk keluar
rumah, kamu bisa spend all your ‘me’ time dirumah kamu. Well, you can still
spend it at home doing your hobby. You can enjoy your “me” time reading a good book, menulis cerita
lucu, menggambar, bermain music, or just watching one of your favorite
movies. You can be creative and have a fun time with yourself at the same time.
